4. Date of the contract.
By clicking on the "Pay" button, the customer sends an order confirmation for the goods placed in the shopping cart. The foregoing does not apply if any product is not in stock, nor is it returned to stock within a reasonable period of time. 6. Right of refund (Returns).

To comply with the refund period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period of 14 calendar days expires.

We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
