los esp\u00e1rragos trigueros y los pasamos por agua para limpiarlos. Doblamos las esquinas hac\u00eda el interior para poder cerrar cada hojaldre. Para cortarlas en finas lonchas podemos utilizar una mandolina si la tienes en casa, si<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">no siempre podemos cortarlas lo m\u00e1s fino<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0posible.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para hacer esta tapa, fre\u00edmos las l\u00e1minas de patatas que previamente hemos cortado y lo colocamos sobre un plato o en modo brocheta con l\u00e1minas de chorizo enrolladas sobre la
