Hoy te traemos tres opciones diferentes d\u00f3nde introducimos nuestro producto estrella: el jam\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfNo te va a apeteciendo un poquito m\u00e1s? <\/em>\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><em>A priori puede resultar un poco extra\u00f1o mezclar jam\u00f3n con hortalizas o verduras, pero una vez que lo pruebes no podr\u00e1s resistirte a la explosi\u00f3n de sabor que aporta este ingrediente en nuestras recetas m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicas.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>El jam\u00f3n serrano y la dieta: mitos y verdades<\/h2>\n<p>Mucho se habla del jam\u00f3n, si es bueno, si engorda si tiene colesterol\u2026 pero la realidad es que es un ingrediente con muy pocas grasas por cada 100g rico en prote\u00ednas y vitamina B1 ideal para incorporarlo en nuestra dieta seg\u00fan ANICE<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0Aporte energ\u00e9tico<sup>2<\/sup><\/h4>\n<p>El aporte energ\u00e9tico del jam\u00f3n va a depender de si consumimos jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico o serrano. Es decir, por cada 100g de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico consumido ingerimos 322 kcal de media, mientras que con el jam\u00f3n serrano ser\u00edan en torno a 230 kcal, al provenir de cerdos blancos menos grasos.<\/p>\n<p>El jam\u00f3n es un alimento con muy pocas grasas saturadas lo que le convierte en el aliado <strong>perfecto para nuestras cenas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1025\" src=\"https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light.jpg\" alt=\"recetas-de-ensalada-light\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light.jpg 900w, https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light-700x467.jpg 700w, https:\/\/sanchezalcaraz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/recetas-de-ensalada-light-800x533.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Ideas para recetas de ensaladas light con Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y serrano<\/h2>\n<h3>Ensalada Capresse con Jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/h3>\n<p>Te dejamos tres ideas para reinventar la cl\u00e1sica ensalada y darle mayor sabor a nuestras comidas.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>ensalada Capresse<\/strong> es un cl\u00e1sico de la cocina italiana y normalmente se sirve con mozzarella, tomate, albahaca y un chorrito de AOVE.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta receta, vamos a utilizar los ingredientes principales de la versi\u00f3n original pero vamos a incorporar dos ingredientes m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Para nuestra <strong>ensalada Capresse con Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/strong> utilizaremos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mozzarella de bufalla<\/li>\n<li>Tomate en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>Vinagreta con pesto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para hacer esta vinagreta hemos utilizado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 ml de vinagre de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>150 ml de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<li>Un pu\u00f1adito de pi\u00f1ones y nueces<\/li>\n<li>Sal y Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ensalada de Mel\u00f3n con Jam\u00f3n Serrano<\/h3>\n<p>En esta receta reinventamos el <strong>cl\u00e1sico mel\u00f3n con jam\u00f3n<\/strong> para convertirlo en una ensalada llena de contrastes dulces y salados.
